Emm.......Don't know what to do...so i just blog.....

So long since i last update my blog.....so bz n bz n bz......never ending story....so start my lesson back at my college and another 3 months....i will graduate and be a certifited cook....really look forward to it....Tnaks to God favour....some chef at EQ give me 2 herb plants....which i really treasure it...it rosemary and sweet basil...really hard to get..but all is God's favour....still thinking wanna go to chinese kitchen....and really looking forward to it...but in the mean time....wait upon the Lord for guidance......

Yeah !! at last i go to Chinese Kitchen........

today mark the 1st day of the forth week at Chinese Kitchen....i learn a lot in Chinese Kitchen..and thanks to God Favour than people willing to teach me...i learn how to sembelih live fish....really new experience but very sad ler..then cut open the stomach then have to open like butterfly....also learn how to potong fast fast...learn how to throw the wok or " pao wok ' in cantonese....also a lot of function..have to open the 90 ekor fish butterfly style ...my hand blister liao ler.....learn how to ukir bunga..wahaha......i go a lot of picture....in view and also in Chinese kitchen but....hehehe....a bit lazy to update.....will update soon ler....

Sorry all for not updating......a bit buzy...current is my end of second week in View. Very nice restorant where i have to learn fine dining....need to learn a lot of salad and sauce and also dressing.....Pray that God will pour His favour and wisdon upon me....A gerat experience to work...

Last week on Main Kitchen

This will be the last week for me training at main kitchen....learn a lot....but need to move on...next week will be a new challenge for me....I will move to The View which is semi buffet and ala carte. So i think i will be learning some french cuisine i guess.....Hope that God's favour will be with me....and i will learn more things....

EQ-Equatorial Hotel Penang

It has been 4 days I work in EQ.....kinda tired everyday...my leg is pain....but I am happy....my collegue at EQ is nice and friendly and they all willing to teach me everything I ask and need to know. Well by God grace, I given the chance to learn a lot of things. First is main kitchen where I can learn to cook a lot of mix western food. Second is View restorant when I have to forcus specially on French cuisine. The third is chinese kitchen....You know ler...I really love it a lot...Hope can learn a lot from chinese kitchen and lastly is pastry. God really pour His favour on me....and I will continue work hard to achive my desire....

Come..Come..Lai! Siou Bak!! Loast Pork <-typical hokkien accent

Home Made Roast Pork and for those who don't know, it is call Siou Bak in Hokkien.....I am very happy that at last I can try something that I love to eat....Erm..I believe everybody aslo love it right...only tried 2 times...yesterday and today...taste can said around 70% similiar, will work more to achieve the taste....Well now....I no need to worry to buy those mouth watering expensive Chinese Roast Pork in the market....I can make one now...HaHa!

Yeah! Yeah! My dress is here at last......

After 2 long weeks of waiting, at last the official college dress is here......My sir had given me chance to manage whole dress making stuff....Praise The Lord...all works on well and now this is the result....Yeah! Yeah!....Feel pround to wear it.....going to get another one.....Sorry for the poor pic due to lighting problem.
