Jesus I Love You ......

Blessed Christmas to all my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, May Jesus bless you all......once the needle of the clock strike 12 am...mark the day of our Lord Jesus Christ love to all people in this earth....a King in His throne come down to this filthy earth to save His people....all the people from sin and the distruction of hell........ Joy to the world the Lord had come.....actually i hope that all people will give themselves a little moment to know who is this Jesus......people always use it when talking, scolding.....but have people ever know that ...It is the name of the God....Jesus wich means Jehovah ( Creator of human race, this earth, the sun and all the universe ) who become our Saviour.......our human eyes is so under estimate this Mighty God.....I once read a statement....it said " Everyone want to be like God, But only one God want to be like man "....in here....i wanna ask Jesus have mercy on me just as King David said : " Who am i that thou mindful of me " .....we all human race....are nothing in the sight of God....but yet because of His great love ..He is whipped 39 times until His back is torn for our sickness then nailed and died on the cross for you and me....our sin is dirty, smelly, filthy......even the darkest secret in our heart....He clean it away..bit by bit.......How unworthy we are.....I once read on the back of someone else car stated that " everyone can go to heaven if always do good " then i think of one illustration take for example Heaven is a house, the owner is God .....if a person do good only....but the person don't want accept Him then do you think He will accpet the person into His house ? We human is so childish thinking that we can buy our ' passport' to heaven.....Take for example we human although all our father love us, but if we insist don't want our father and don't admit him, then the father also can't do anything right ? We all have a choice to accept our Father in heaven or not....but at the end no one can blame God when soul goes to hell because is your own choice. I pray that many people will come to know this Jesus.....the redeemer of all human soul.......

If you feel you want to know Him that so love you and willing to die in your place just to let your soul be in heaven, just kneel down and say this prayer out with a sincere heart and Jesus will open His ear to listen and accept you as His sons and daughthers

Dear JESUS, I know I am a sinner. I believe you came to this Earth to die for my sins and that you sacrifice paid the penalty of eternal separation from God. I ask forgiveness for the sins I've committed. I accept your gift of salvation. Thank you for your love for me. Amen.

After you make this prayer believe in your own heart that Jesus had forgive your sin and accpeted you as His sons and daughthers. All you need to do now is have faith and believe in Him and follow His footsteps.

Boring Punya Food Fair !!!

Whole day also don't doing what.....I went to New World Park again for food fair....prepare all things to sell but lalat pun tak ada......so me and all my college friend need to shout out loud in order to attract people to buy our food......a day of tired and boring...I also don't know why I'm there......but at the end of the day the shout seems work a bit but we still lost around RM 30 of the cost....Sigh!!

Penang Feast Competition : A Good or Bad Day ?

Today 6/12/08 - First time in my life I participate in cooking competition and is kind of interesting. Wake up in the morning, busy preparing but still don't know what to cook. Reach New World Park at 8:45am....Then only I know the title of the dish I need to cook is - Nasi Ulam...Okay...I know about nasi ulam...and also eat before...done before..but different version....and I am not doing alone....I have another 4 group members....I wonder did they know what is that? So I'm the presenter of the group.....Why in the world I have to present...but do I have choice...the answer is " NO !!! ".....so without delay I get information and also recipe from nearby cybercafe..thanks to Netcity....Different members in the group is busy with their task....as for me ...I need to cook and also present...too much things in mind....Luckily....I have Lord Jesus to help me .... He give me wisdom....Praise Him in the Highest.....so all things goes on well.....With the dedication of 5 group member our version of Nasi Ulam is out.....We call it Ulam Rice Ball with Sweet & Spicy Sambal Prawn......All our heart are united with one goal...to win this competition....but....at the end the answer is not what we expected...The judges said there is no one who lose and all are winners.....What ?? Did I hear wrongly....or I just have a dream...I'm nervous for the whole morning for the things to present and busy like a bee and the final answer is all are winner !! A bit dissapointed but .......I know in all things I give thanks to the Lord for all things is in His hand....Haha....for RM 8.40 I pay to buy the ingredients to cook for competition and at the end of the story..I and all of the other participants get a free gift with a small bottle of Minyak masak cap pisau inside.....Ma as well I go buy myself - I think

Emm.......Don't know what to do...so i just blog.....

So long since i last update my blog.....so bz n bz n bz......never ending story....so start my lesson back at my college and another 3 months....i will graduate and be a certifited cook....really look forward to it....Tnaks to God favour....some chef at EQ give me 2 herb plants....which i really treasure it...it rosemary and sweet basil...really hard to get..but all is God's favour....still thinking wanna go to chinese kitchen....and really looking forward to it...but in the mean time....wait upon the Lord for guidance......

today mark the 1st day of the forth week at Chinese Kitchen....i learn a lot in Chinese Kitchen..and thanks to God Favour than people willing to teach me...i learn how to sembelih live fish....really new experience but very sad ler..then cut open the stomach then have to open like butterfly....also learn how to potong fast fast...learn how to throw the wok or " pao wok ' in cantonese....also a lot of function..have to open the 90 ekor fish butterfly style ...my hand blister liao ler.....learn how to ukir bunga..wahaha......i go a lot of picture....in view and also in Chinese kitchen but....hehehe....a bit lazy to update.....will update soon ler....

Sorry all for not updating......a bit buzy...current is my end of second week in View. Very nice restorant where i have to learn fine dining....need to learn a lot of salad and sauce and also dressing.....Pray that God will pour His favour and wisdon upon me....A gerat experience to work...

Last week on Main Kitchen

This will be the last week for me training at main kitchen....learn a lot....but need to move on...next week will be a new challenge for me....I will move to The View which is semi buffet and ala carte. So i think i will be learning some french cuisine i guess.....Hope that God's favour will be with me....and i will learn more things....

EQ-Equatorial Hotel Penang

It has been 4 days I work in EQ.....kinda tired everyday...my leg is pain....but I am happy....my collegue at EQ is nice and friendly and they all willing to teach me everything I ask and need to know. Well by God grace, I given the chance to learn a lot of things. First is main kitchen where I can learn to cook a lot of mix western food. Second is View restorant when I have to forcus specially on French cuisine. The third is chinese kitchen....You know ler...I really love it a lot...Hope can learn a lot from chinese kitchen and lastly is pastry. God really pour His favour on me....and I will continue work hard to achive my desire....

Come..Come..Lai! Siou Bak!! Loast Pork <-typical hokkien accent

Home Made Roast Pork and for those who don't know, it is call Siou Bak in Hokkien.....I am very happy that at last I can try something that I love to eat....Erm..I believe everybody aslo love it right...only tried 2 times...yesterday and today...taste can said around 70% similiar, will work more to achieve the taste....Well now....I no need to worry to buy those mouth watering expensive Chinese Roast Pork in the market....I can make one now...HaHa!

After 2 long weeks of waiting, at last the official college dress is here......My sir had given me chance to manage whole dress making stuff....Praise The Lord...all works on well and now this is the result....Yeah! Launching of Jalan Jalan Mai Makan

Actually I want to upload these pics on 8/4/08 but now only I able update it. I was at the press conference for the launching of Jalan Jalan Mai Makan at G Hotel and it was a success for my college CAC and were very happy of it. We all also took some picture with Chef from CAM and what can I remember during that day was a lot of photo was taken of me and my friend ( because we assign to cook ) with some important guys which I don't know their name and post. Hope can see myself in the newspaper...haha....and follow from this launching of Jalan Jalan Mai Makan, there will be cooking competition held at Youth Park this Saturday 12/4/08 from 8am til 6pm. My sir had asked me and 2 of my friends to join the competition under culinary college category and the theme is Ayam ala Traditional. But I pray and feel not ready yet as need to polish my skill. Now only 1 of my friend go for it...well he work in restorant and 'chu char' b4 ma....haha....but I believe one day I will come back for it....Pray that Jesus guide me...

Big event for me....

What a lovely Sunday the Lord had made....I rejoice in Him. Tuesday is the day of the launching of 'Jalan Jalan Mai Makan'.......Nervous....but I know Jesus is with me always. My sir already confirmed to have oriental style fish..which is Deep Fry Fish with Tom Yam Sauce...Thanks to my friend who willing to share his secret recipe from restaurant...hehe...All the function will be held at G-Hotel....Wow!! I never go there before...and I know it will be a good experience....At 12/4/08 there will be another culinary competition at Youth Park by MPPP. I am going there too...for those who are interested can make yourselves avialable over there and enjoy culinary competition....

Today Exam Finally Ended !!!

2/4/08...Sunny....Erm....how to start?...my mind is like a piece of white paper. There's a good news for me....I was chosen to cook Cream of Pumpkin and you know what....I achieved the best marks of all. Praise the Lord..Hallelujah...All glory to Jesus. Today our practical exam were judged by Exe. Chef from Mutiara Hotel. I am very thankful for God's favour and the annointing during my cooking practical. I was rewarded with a
spatula for producing the best soup...hehe...

Mission not so Impossible IV

You have a new mission again and is highly confidential and secret.......This message wil be distroy in 5 second....tit..tit..tit..tit..tit..Oops! sorry...making movie meh !!! Don't be mistaken....actually this mission is not really so impossible. My college are given opportunity to launch ' Jalan Jalan Mari Makan' on 8/4/08......i was pick ( favour of God ) with the other friend to cook....infront of people....is kinda scary actually...when people watch you cooking and somemore on that day press will be all around....so now i need to crack my head agian to figure what sauce to cook....My sir is suggesting to cook deep fried fish....Maybe i cook sweet & sour sauce....or thick tom yam sauce....by the way i pray God will anoint me and give me wisdom to figure how to cook sauce.....Don't know my picture will appear on newspaper or not....( haha~!~!~! Must be thinking to much ler me... ). But in all things i give thanks to my Lord Jesus Christ....

Test ! Test ! Test !

So everyone have to face it.....The time has come ...TEST ! again.....for the pass 26 years of my life always had to face test all the time, even working also had to test...don't they get tired of testing people..Sian nia....At last i finish my theory test on cookery today....no bad..and I have faith in Jesus I will do well....I had already past my pastry & bakery test last week....i got A+++ ( Ehem...Ehem....no lah..no lah...not that i am smart ler...Jesus should be glorified above all ). Now my head is cracking on my practical test on Tuesday & Wednesday...have to come out with a full menu ( appetizer, soup, main course & dessert ) and budget only RM 10....somemore have to distribute the work between my group to cook, timing and taste is important...cause the evaluator is a chef from..Er...Er...don't know what hotel..hehe :P .....Nevermind I have Jesus to help me....I pray all will go on well and the chef will like our food and give good marks....Maybe I let you have a glimpse on my planned menu.....Maybe you can give me suggestion...

Deliverence !

Today is a special night on the Ignite Youth.....Rev. Rajan Benedict is preaching on our destiny when we all die...Heaven or Hell....It came to my senses that Heaven is real but Hell is even as real as Heaven. Many people went out prayers. As for me I want God to use me as a witness for the gospel and spread the good news of our Lord. The Lord touch my heart...Thank you Lord Jesus....But at the same time, there is few cases of deliverence ( which means casting demon out of the people ) we hold hands as request by Pastor Rajan and pray and speaking in tongue, i can see it very clearly....the demon inside the person was manifested out....and he don't like Jesus name being called. Praise the Lord for all....at last the demon fled.....and I can see the mighty works of God....I can feel goose bumps on me...not that i afraid but can sense the evilness in the air.....eerie!!!

Tommorow is the Day of Resurrection of Lord Jesus

Can't wait for tomorrow to come...2000 years ago this miracle took place..The Resurrection..Jesus had died and resurrected and the death had been conquered....Believing in Jesus will ensure eternal life...we will die one day and leave this earth...which we all know we will face it somehow..sooner or later...but our soul will not be dead...cause we too had conquered over dead through our Lord Jesus. This pic above always remind of My Lord suffering death...the hand was nailed to the cross...every hit on the nail beared my sin, your sin and the sin of this world....No love is greater that God's love....you see how He died for you...this pic give us a glimpse of what happened 2000 years ago... :~ ...sob sob.....but i rejoice...i beleive He save me...and i believe somewhere, somehow...if u you came across this blog and read it you will be bless.....May Jesus touch your heart through the little voice speaking to you.....and save you from eternal death....

Bring me back to life and save me My Lord !!!

I wanna share a song i think which all people also know...Bring me to life from Evernesence. What i want to point out is our soul once was lost because of sin and we have been away from the Lord...but because of His great love, He die for our sin and bring our soul and spirit back to life....not just in this earth but to the eternity that will come....Praise you My Lord Jesus.....we all don't deserve it and so unworthy....and What King David said in Psalm 8 : 4 What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? A little word to speak to you...Jesus love you all unconditionally....

Seminar with Chef in Black

Today 18/3/08 a busy day for me... : O < - ( yawn ) going to my college for culinary course and later rush to Trader Hotel where the seminar held and i can meet with Chef in Black from AFC ( Astro )...learn some new things and idea...i am lucky that i can took a few photo with him and get his signature...What more i can said... haha. On that day, i was informed last minute that there is a chef table dinner at Bali Hai Gurney Drive by CAM ( Chef Association Malaysia )...what do to ....i am a member of CAM...haha.
